Job Description
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Manage and optimize social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan and execute content strategies to increase engagement and followers
- Optimize posts, captions, hashtags, and reels for maximum reach
- Analyze performance metrics and improve campaigns accordingly
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis using tools like SEMrush
- Optimize website content, product listings, and landing pages
- Improve on-page SEO (meta titles, descriptions, headers, internal linking)
- Monitor website performance and rankings
3. Website Optimization
- Work on website structure, speed, and user experience
- Ensure SEO-friendly URLs, content, and technical optimization
- Collaborate with developers for improvements
4. Paid Advertising (Performance Marketing)
- Plan and execute ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Create high-converting ad copies, headlines, and descriptions
- Optimize campaigns for ROI, CPC, and conversions
- Perform A/B testing on creatives and targeting
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze data using tools like Google Analytics
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Provide actionable insights to improve marketing strategies
