Job Description
Social Media Specialist & Meta Ads Expert (E-commerce & Course Ads)
We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Specialist & Meta Ads Expert who can manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns for E-commerce brands and Online Courses / Info Products while building a strong organic social presence.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience generating sales and leads profitably using Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads, understanding customer journeys, funnels, and conversion psychology.

📢 Social Media Management
Manage and grow Instagram & Facebook pages for E-commerce and Course brands
Create content strategy focused on sales, trust building, and authority positioning
Plan monthly posting calendar (reels, carousels, testimonials, educational posts)
Write conversion-focused captions and CTAs
Monitor engagement, comments, and DMs
Increase organic reach, brand trust, and community engagement
🎯 Meta Ads Management (E-commerce & Course Ads)
- E-commerce Ads
- Plan and run Purchase Conversion campaigns
- Catalog sales and Advantage+ shopping campaigns
- Product testing campaigns for new SKUs
- Retargeting for ATC, VC, and past buyers
- Scaling winning ad sets and creatives
- Work on upsell / cross-sell strategy
- Course / Info-product Ads
- Lead generation campaigns for webinar / VSL / consultation
- Conversion campaigns for course sales
- Funnel-based retargeting (video viewers, leads, page visitors)
- Evergreen and launch campaign strategy
- Creative angle testing (pain-based, transformation, proof-based)
- Common Ads Responsibilities
- Audience research and custom audience creation
- Pixel setup, events tracking, and troubleshooting
- Creative and copy A/B testing
- Budget scaling strategies
- Optimize campaigns to reduce CPA/CPL and increase ROAS
- Daily performance monitoring
📊 Analytics & Reporting
- Weekly and monthly performance reporting
- Analyze key metrics (ROAS, CPA, AOV, CTR, CPC, CPL)
- Funnel drop-off analysis
- Suggest data-driven improvement strategies
- Competitor ad research
✅ Requirements
- 3–4 years experience in Social Media & Meta Ads (E-commerce or Course niche preferred)
- Strong understanding of Meta Business Manager & Ads Manager
- Proven experience generating sales and qualified leads
- Knowledge of funnel strategy and customer journey
- Experience in scaling ad budgets
- Basic Canva / Photoshop skills
- Understanding of landing pages and CRO basics
- Data-driven mindset
- Strong communication skills
⭐ Preferred (Bonus Skills)
- Experience with Shopify / WooCommerce brands
- Experience running webinar or VSL funnels
- Understanding of email / WhatsApp automation
- Competitor ad library research skills
