Spoken English Trainer

Job Description:

The Spoken English Teacher will be responsible for improving students' English communication skills through effective teaching methods, practical activities, and regular assessments. The role includes developing students' speaking, listening, vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, and confidence in using English in daily and professional situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Spoken English classes for beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners.
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans focused on communication skills.
• Improve students' speaking fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar.
• Conduct interactive activities such as group discussions, role plays, presentations, and conversations.
• Provide individual feedback and guidance to students for improvement.
• Teach English communication skills for interviews, workplace, and daily conversations.
• Monitor student progress through regular tests, assignments, and speaking assessments.
• Create a positive and encouraging classroom environment.
• Maintain attendance records and student performance reports.
• Use modern teaching techniques and digital learning tools.

Specific Requirements:

• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to teach students from different learning levels.
• Good knowledge of English grammar and pronunciation.
• Passion for teaching and helping students build confidence.
• Previous teaching/training experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge for online teaching and learning tools.
• Ability to manage classroom activities effectively.

Qualification:

• Graduation in any discipline (English/Communication background preferred).
• Spoken English certification or teaching experience will be an advantage.

Experience:

• Fresher candidates with excellent English communication skills may apply.
• 1–3 years of experience in Spoken English training preferred.
