Staff Nurse

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Female Staff Nurses to provide high-quality patient care in our hospital wards. The candidate will be responsible for patient assessment, medication administration, monitoring patient conditions, maintaining nursing records, and ensuring adherence to clinical and patient safety protocols. Patient Care Provide direct nursing care to admitted patients. Monitor and record vital signs, patient progress, and treatment responses. Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed by doctors. Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures. Ensure proper implementation of treatment plans. Ward Management Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the ward. Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and procedures. Coordinate patient transfers, admissions, and discharges. Ensure availability of nursing supplies and equipment. Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation. Follow hospital infection control and patient safety protocols. Adhere to NABH standards and nursing best practices. Report any adverse events or patient concerns promptly. Communication & Coordination Coordinate with doctors, nursing supervisors, and other healthcare staff. Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions. Attend departmental meetings and training programs.
