Job Description
Job Title: Storekeeper
We are looking for a responsible and organized Storekeeper to manage our store operations efficiently.
- Key Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and store all incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory.
- Issue materials to staff against proper authorization and maintain complete issue records.
- Perform all inventory entries and updates in the company's computer software.
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory for timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping of all materials.
- Maintain all store-related documents and reports accurately.
- Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge and experience using inventory or ERP software.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and record keeping.
- Honest, responsible, and well-organized.
- Ability to handle store operations independently.
- Prior experience as a Storekeeper is preferred.
