Job Description

Purpose: Ensure the atelier runs smoothly every day while maintaining quality, production timelines, inventory and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the atelier.
  • Plan and manage production schedules.
  • Coordinate with chefs and production staff.
  • Ensure quality control and presentation standards.
  • Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging and supplies.
  • Place purchase orders and coordinate with vendors.
  • Handle order planning for retail, corporate and events.
  • Coordinate dispatches and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain hygiene, food safety and SOPs.
  • Resolve day-to-day operational issues.
  • Track wastage and improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist with exhibitions, pop-ups and live stations.
  • Manage opening and closing of the atelier.

Skills

  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Good communication and vendor management.
  • Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in food, hospitality, retail or operations preferred.
