Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory management of raw materials, packaging items, consumables, and cans inventory
  • Handling GRN, stock inward/outward, and maintaining proper documentation
  • Invoice entry in system and maintaining proper records
  • Gate pass entry and tracking in system
  • Ensuring FIFO / FEFO practices are followed
  • Coordination with procurement, accounts, and brewery team
  • Conducting regular stock audits and monthly reconciliation (monthly reco)
  • Maintaining proper storage conditions and housekeeping

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2–5 years in store/warehouse (preferably Brewery/Restaurant/Hotels)
  • Basic knowledge of Excel / ERP systems
