Supervisor IPD Billing
- Responsible for supervising the billing process for the Inpatient Department (IPD) ensuring accuracy and timely processing. - Oversee billing staff and coordinate with other hospital departments to resolve billing issues. - Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations related to billing. - Monitor and improve billing workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. - Maintain records and generate reports related to IPD billing activities. - Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile billing data. - Handle escalations and provide training to junior billing staff as needed. - Requires good organizational and communication skills to manage billing operations effectively.Job role
