 Job Description

A Talent Acquisition Specialist is a professional responsible for, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and partnering with hiring managers. Key focus areas include building long-term talent pipelines, strengthening employer branding, and utilizing recruitment technology.

Key Responsibilities

·        Sourcing and Outreach: Find active and passive candidates via social platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.

·        Screening and Selection: Review resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate skills assessments.

·        Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department managers to define role criteria and provide regular updates on hiring progress.

·        Offer Management: Negotiate compensation packages, prepare offer letters, and guide the onboarding experience.

·        Brand and Data Tracking: Represent the company at career events and track key recruitment metrics.

·        Core Requirements

·        Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·        Experience: 2 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment or agency setting.

·        Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
