Job Title: Accounts Executive / E-commerce Accountant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive / E-commerce Accountant to join our growing e-commerce business. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, build expertise in e-commerce accounting, and grow their career in finance and taxation.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain accounting records and books of accounts in Tally.
• Perform GST reconciliation and ensure compliance with GST requirements.
• Reconcile payments received from various platforms and banking channels.
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, and accounting entries.
• Manage e-commerce accounting operations, primarily for Amazon business transactions.
• Reconcile sales, settlements, fees, and returns from e-commerce platforms.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and accounting documentation.
• Coordinate with tax consultants and auditors when required.
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely record maintenance.
• Required Skills:Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.).
• Understanding of GST, taxation, and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of ledger creation, bookkeeping, and account reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good learning attitude.
• Eligibility:Commerce graduate or pursuing graduation (B.Com/M.Com) preferred.
• Prior experience in accounting, GST reconciliation, or e-commerce accounting is preferred.
