Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of 5 Field Sales Executives.

- Motivate the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

- Guide team members in acquiring new merchants for Google Pay.

- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.

- Conduct field visits with team members to support sales activities.

- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

- Ensure proper onboarding and activation of new merchants.

- Resolve team issues and maintain high productivity.

- Coordinate with the manager to achieve business goals.

Eligibility:

- 2–5 years of experience in Field Sales or Team Handling.

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader.

- Experience in fintech companies such as Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, BharatPe, or similar is preferred.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage a team and work in the field.

Salary: As per experience + Incentives

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Preferred Candidates: Candidates with experience in merchant acquisition and team management.
