We are looking for young, energetic, and target-driven individuals to join our Life Insurance Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, generating business, and providing excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable life insurance products.
- Acquire new customers through company-provided leads and self-generated leads.
- Generate business revenue by converting prospects into customers.
- Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Generate fresh leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain quality business and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Required Candidate profile
Education : Any Graduate With Good Communication
Experience : Must 1+ years of field Sales / Banking / Finance / Insurance
Age : 23 to 40 years (Fresher's don't apply)
Locality : Should be Local
