Position:

Team Member – Food Preparation & Counter Sales

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Team Member to join our quick service restaurant. You will be preparing and serving burgers, fries, shakes, waffles, and other menu items. You will also handle customer orders at the counter and help maintain cleanliness and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Prepare and assemble food items as per recipes (burgers, fries, shakes, waffles).

✅ Take customer orders at the counter politely and accurately.

✅ Operate POS billing system and handle cash/card payments.

✅ Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and service area.

✅ Assist in stocking supplies and basic cleaning of equipment.

✅ Follow all safety and food quality standards.

Requirements:

🔸 Minimum 12th pass (12th preferred).

🔸 Basic communication skills in Hindi; English is a plus.

🔸 Prior experience in QSR (McDonald’s, Burger King, cafes) preferred but not mandatory.

🔸 Must be punctual, reliable, and willing to learn.

🔸 Age 18–30 years.
