Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Tech Support Executive to provide first-line technical assistance to users and customers. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and application issues, documenting incidents, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to incoming support requests via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, application, and connectivity issues.
  • Guide users through step-by-step troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Log, track, update, and close support tickets accurately.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate technical team.
  • Follow up with users to ensure issues are fully resolved and service levels are maintained.
  • Maintain records of incidents, resolutions, and recurring problems for reference and reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other departments when required.
  • Provide basic user guidance on products, systems, and best practices.
  • Support installations, configuration, and routine maintenance tasks where applicable.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of Windows/Mac environments, MS Office, networking basics, and common hardware/software issues.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to troubleshoot systematically and work under pressure.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with patience and professionalism.
  • Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in technical support, help desk, or customer support.
  • Knowledge of networking, printers, email systems, and peripheral devices.
