Job Description

Install, configure, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, and networking devices.

Conduct product demos and proof-of-concept (POC) activities for customers.

Support hardware installation and basic server/network setup.

Assist sales team during client meetings and technical presentations.

Handle onsite and remote technical support.

Knowledge of Firewall, Networking, VPN, VLAN, Routing & Switching.
