Job Summary:
We are hiring Telecallers (Female candidates only) for our loan sales process at our Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi office. The role involves PAN India calling to generate leads and promote various loan products including personal loans, home loans, car loans, and business loans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers across India to generate loan leads
- Explain different loan products: Personal Loan, Home Loan, Car Loan, Business Loan, etc.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them on suitable loan options
- Collect basic customer details and forward qualified leads to the sales team
- Maintain call records and update data in CRM or system
- Follow up with interested customers to maximize conversions
