Outbound/Inbound Calling: Initiating calls to potential customers (cold calling) or handling inbound inquiries to promote products/services.
Sales Closing: Persuading customers to purchase, renew subscriptions, or upgrade services.
Lead Generation & Management: Identifying prospects and nurturing leads to convert them into active customers.
Record Keeping: Accurately documenting customer interactions, purchases, and contact details in a CRM system.
Objection Handling: Addressing customer concerns and overcoming hesitation with product knowledge.
Achieving Targets: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly call volume and sales revenue targets.
