Job Description

Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective or existing clients to promote products, services, or raise funds using predefined scripts.

Lead Qualification & Follow-Up: Identify potential leads by understanding customer specifications, and execute regular follow-ups to nurture sales pipelines.

Target Achievement: Consistently strive to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and sales quotas.

Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills with the ability to adjust communication styles based on the customer.
