Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and businesses.
• Explain ISP services such as Broadband, Internet Leased Line (ILL), P2P Connectivity, and FTTH.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers regarding quotations and service activation.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
• Coordinate with Sales, NOC, and Customer Support teams for smooth service delivery.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of broadband, internet, and telecom services is preferred.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.

Eligibility

• Graduate or 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support.
• Experience in Telecom, ISP, Broadband, or FTTH Sales will be an added advantage.
