Job Description

eChallanPe: an initiative by Mayaa Associates, is a digital vehicle compliance platform helping individuals, fleet operators, and businesses manage e-challans, insurance renewals, permits, PUCC, legal assistance, and related vehicle compliance services across India.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and promptly respond to leads received through the website, WhatsApp, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Contact customers to understand their requirements and explain eChallanPe services.
  • Follow up with customers for challan payments, legal settlements, and service completion.
  • Coordinate with empanelled lawyers and legal partners for challan resolution and settlement.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers until case closure.
  • Update customer interactions, lead status, and case progress in the CRM system.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on leads, conversions, collections, and pending cases.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on pending payments and documentation.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide a high standard of customer service.
  • Work closely with operations and legal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English communication will be an added advantage).
  • Strong telecalling, customer service, and follow-up skills.
  • Working knowledge of CRM software and lead management systems.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to prepare and maintain MIS reports.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer cases simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience in telecalling, customer support, collections, legal process outsourcing (LPO), fintech, insurance, or customer relationship management will be preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
