Job Description

ParcelHub is a fast-growing courier aggregation platform helping businesses and individuals ship parcels across India at the best rates. Since 2018, we’ve been simplifying logistics with multiple courier partners on a single platform.


For Telecaller:

  • Call potential and existing customers to explain ParcelHub services
  • Generate leads and convert them into active users
  • Follow up with interested clients and maintain relationships
  • Maintain daily call reports and CRM updates


Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
  • Basic knowledge of computer and internet
  • Smartphone / Laptop with stable internet connection
  • Self-motivated and disciplined
