Job Description

  • Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Strong convincing and negotiation ability
  • Confidence in making outbound sales calls
  • Lead generation and follow-up skills
  • Ability to achieve sales targets
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, email)
  • Customer relationship management skills
  • Key ResponsibilitiesCall potential exhibitors and sponsors
  • Explain exhibition details, stall options, pricing, and benefits
  • Generate and qualify leads
  • Follow up with prospects until booking confirmation
  • Maintain call records and client databases
  • Coordinate with the sales team and exhibitors
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and conversions
  • QualificationMinimum 12th Pass or Graduate
  • Experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or customer service preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply in some companies.
