Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, explaining our digital marketing services, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads.
• Introduce and explain the agency's digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, etc.).
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with the sales team.
• Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Meet daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide basic information about services.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead updates.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in Hindi (English communication is a plus).
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Confident, positive, and target-oriented attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Ability to handle objections and follow up effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• QualificationsMinimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or lead generation is preferred but not mandatory.
