Telecaller

Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with customers over the phone. The Telecaller will be responsible for making inbound and outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, explaining services, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products, services, and offers effectively.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments when required.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
• Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Update customer details in CRM or databases.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer support and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships. 

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Hindi proficiency is mandatory; English proficiency is an added advantage.
