Job Description
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, following up with leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Explain company services and answer customer queries.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Update lead status in CRM or Excel sheets.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Ability to convince customers and handle objections.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
