• Provide information about visa processing and answer queries.
• Maintain a database of client information and interactions.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volume and sales.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or any regional language.
• Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
