Are you a people person with excellent communication skills? Omegavisa Consultants is seeking energetic telecallers to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about customer service and enjoy engaging with clients, this is the perfect opportunity.
Position: Telecaller
Preference: Female Telecaller
Location: Uttam Nagar
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our services.
- Provide information about visa processing and answer queries.
- Maintain a database of client information and interactions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or any regional language.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience in Manpower Consultancy services.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
