Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Explain business loan products and services.
  • Generate leads and collect basic customer information.
  • Follow up with interested customers.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
  • Maintain call records and update customer data.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Customer handling skills
  • Basic MS Office knowledge

Requirements:Female candidate preferred.

  • Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate.
