Job Title: Telecaller ( Female )
Job Location: Karol Bagh, New Delhi
Job Type: Full-time
Job Description:We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to make outbound and/or handle inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, explaining services or products, and maintaining proper call records.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers and follow up on leads
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally
- Explain company services or products clearly
- Answer customer queries and maintain a positive customer experience
- Maintain call logs and basic reports
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets
- Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage)
- Prior telecalling or customer support experience is preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
- Willing to work from office in Karol Bagh, New Delhi
