Telecaller

Vedanta Arogya Care is looking for confident and result-oriented Female Telecallers / Sales Executives who have strong communication and convincing skills.

In this role, you will interact with customers over calls, explain our Ayurvedic health products, and convert interested customers into confirmed orders. Our products focus on natural wellness solutions such as men's wellness, de-addiction support, height improvement solutions, diabetes care, and other Ayurvedic health products.

We are looking for candidates who are energetic, persuasive, and sales-focused, with the ability to build trust with customers and close sales effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers and introduce Vedanta Arogya Care products

• Explain product benefits clearly and answer customer questions

• Understand customer health concerns and recommend suitable products

• Convince customers and convert calls into successful sales

• Confirm customer orders and collect delivery details accurately

• Maintain professional and polite communication with every customer

• Follow up with interested customers to close pending sales

• Maintain call records and update customer information

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Build trust with customers while explaining Ayurvedic solutions

• Maintain positive attitude and sales mindset during calls

• Work closely with the team to achieve company sales goals

• Ensure correct order confirmation and customer satisfaction

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong Hindi communication skills

• Excellent convincing and persuasion ability

• Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support preferred

• Self-motivated and target oriented

• Basic knowledge of mobile or computer for call updates
