Job Title: Telecaller (Inbound & Outbound)

Teleone Consumers Products Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Telecallers for inbound and outbound calling. Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Responsibilities include handling customer calls, explaining products and services, maintaining call records, resolving basic queries, and achieving daily or weekly targets. Candidates must have good communication skills, confidence, and basic computer knowledge. Training will be provided for freshers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Explain products/services clearly to customers
• Maintain customer database and call logs
• Follow company guidelines and meet calling targets
• Ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills:

• Good communication (Hindi required, English preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹16,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
