Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Tele sales Executive to join our growing Ayurvedic healthcare company in Delhi.

We are hiring for Tele sales agents, Team Leaders, Order Fulfillment Executive(Dispatch Coordinator) and Logistics & Supply Chain Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls daily to prospective leads.
  • Educate customers on Ayurvedic medicines and treatments.
  • Understand customer health issues to recommend products.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up with existing clients for repeat orders.
  • Handle customer objections professionally to close sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum 10th Pass
  • Experience: Freshers to 8 years in outbound tele sales.
  • Skills: Active listening, and negotiation.
  • Traits: High energy, persistence, and target-oriented mindset.
