Job Description

Talnexor is looking for a Telecaller / Recruitment Coordinator to review candidate profiles, connect with potential candidates over calls, collect resumes from interested applicants, and explain the online recruitment process. The role requires good communication skills and the ability to engage with candidates professionally.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesReview candidate profiles from job portals and databases.
  • Contact shortlisted candidates via phone calls.
  • Explain Talnexor's recruitment process and available opportunities.
  • Share relevant information about the role and answer candidate queries.
  • Collect updated resumes from interested candidates.
  • Schedule online interviews or further screening rounds, if required.
  • Maintain records of candidate interactions and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely processing of applications.
  • Required SkillsGood verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to handle calls professionally and build rapport with candidates.
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
  • Prior telecalling or recruitment experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • QualificationAny Graduate / Undergraduate.
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Preferred AttributesPositive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily calling targets.
  • Comfortable explaining processes through phone calls and online communication.

  • Obtain resumes from interested candidates.
  • Update candidate status and coordinate next steps with the recruitment team.
