We are looking for a Telecaller with excellent communication skills and a pleasing personality.
Requirements:
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, professional, and positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email, Internet).
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and maintain records.
- Experience in preparing and understanding quotations.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Responsibilities:
- Make and receive customer calls.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Handle inquiries and generate leads.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Follow up on quotations and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Maintain customer database and daily call reports.
Location: Ashok Vihar, Delhi
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
