Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound and handling inbound calls, generating leads, explaining products/services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Explain company products and services clearly.
• Generate and qualify leads.
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales or schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the CRM/database.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling/sales targets.
• Resolve customer queries or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships. (Indeed)

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
• Active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Fluency in Hindi and basic English is preferred.

Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or BPO is preferred.

Salary:

• As per company standards + performance-based incentives.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time
• 6-day working week (or as per company policy).
