Job Description
We are hiring telecallers who can speak with customers and explain our loan against Securities, Mutual Fund & Finacial Products , Investment and Health Insurance products. Training and calling scripts will be provided for easy understanding.
- Job Title: Telecaller – Loan against Securities , Mutual Fund & Health Insurance Products
- Job Type: Work From Office

- Salary: Incentive-based (Monthly incentives + Half-yearly bonus + Yearly bonus)
- Languages Required: Hindi, English
- Salary : Based on Experience and Current Salary
- Location : East Delhi
Principal Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding Mutual Fund & Financial Products, Loans against Securities , and insurance products (health, life etc).
- Explain product details clearly and answer customer questions.
- Collect customer information such as income, existing EMIs, and insurance needs.
- Update call status and maintain daily calling records.
- Follow up with interested customers and coordinate with the backend processing team.
- Maintain professionalism and customer-friendly communication.
Job Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi, and English.
- Ability to speak clearly, politely, and confidently.
- Basic knowledge of phone handling and WhatsApp.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to convince customers politely.
