Job Description
Responsible for making outbound calls, explaining products/services, handling customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, and following up with potential clients while ensuring professional communication.
Customers ko call karke company ke products/services ki jankari dena.
Customer ki queries ka jawab dena.
Interested customers ka data maintain karna.
Follow-up calls karna.
Daily call records aur reports update karna.
Professional aur polite communication maintain karna.
Sales target achieve karne ki koshish karna (agar sales profile ho).
