Job Summary :- We are looking for a confident and target-driven Tele Sales Executive who can interact with prospective students, understand their career goals, and convert inquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students through calls and follow up on leads.
• Explain Edunova Technology's courses, training programs, internships, and placement services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Handle inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, website, and social media.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates until admission.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Update customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the counselling and marketing teams.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and daily call reports.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the admission process.

Required Skills:-

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
• Comfortable making 80–150 outbound calls per day.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (12th Pass candidates with relevant experience may also apply).
• Experience in Education Sales, Telecalling, BPO, EdTech, or Admission Counselling is an advantage.
