Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller Executive to handle inbound calls for Ayurvedic medicine sales. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend inbound calls from customers regarding Ayurvedic medicines.
• Provide detailed product information and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and sales in the system.
• Convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Follow up with interested customers to ensure order closure.
• Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term relationships
