About the Role
We are looking for a confident and proactive Female Tele calling Executive with excellent communication skills to handle customer interactions and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and possess basic computer skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain daily call reports and follow-up records.
Eligibility
- Graduate (any stream).
- Basic spoken English.
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Resident of West Delhi or nearby areas preferred.
- Married with Kids
