Telecalling Executive

Job Title:* Real Estate Telecaller

*Location:* On-site office, Delhi

*Job location: Crown Plaza, Rohini Sec 10

*Salary:* ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

*Work Timing:* 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM

*Work Days:*6 Days working* | 1 Weekday Off

*About the Role:*

We are hiring a Telecaller for our real estate projects to handle inbound/outbound calls, generate leads, and fix site visits for the sales team. You will be the first point of contact for customers.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to prospects from given database & new leads

2. Attend inbound calls and explain project details, location, pricing, and offers

3. Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable project or option. 

4. Convince clients for site visits and coordinate with sales executives

5. Do regular follow-ups with interested clients via calls & WhatsApp

6. Maintain daily call reports, lead status

7. Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads and site visits

*What We Need:*

- *Experience:* 6 months - 2 years in telecalling/sales. Freshers with good communication can apply

- *Skills:* Excellent Hindi & English speaking, convincing power, phone etiquette

- *Must Have:* Target-oriented, patient, good typing speed

- *Education:* 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream
