Working Days: Monday to Saturday 

Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM

Reporting To: Team Lead / Process Manager

Eligibility: Freshers welcome

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience/skills)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecalling & Market Research Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone starting their career who wants hands-on

exposure to customer communication and market research processes.

Key Responsibilities

•    Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously

•    Generate leads through cold calling, data mining, and market outreach

•    Identify potential clients/customers and qualify leads for business development

•    Pitch company products/services to prospects over calls and build interest

•    Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industries, and business opportunities

•    Gather, verify, and extract relevant data through calls and online/offline research

•    Maintain and update the lead database and CRM with accurate call outcomes

•    Follow up consistently with prospects to move leads through the sales pipeline

•    Coordinate with the sales/business development team to schedule meetings and share qualified leads

•    Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, and market insights

•    Achieve individual and team targets for lead generation and calls

Requirements

•    Freshers can apply; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory

•    Good communication skills (verbal, in English/Hindi)

•    Strong interpersonal skills

•    Eagerness to learn new things and adapt quickly

•    Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word preferred)

•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
