We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to generate sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to build customer relationships, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Explain products or services and answer customer queries.

Generate leads and convert them into sales.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.

Follow up with potential customers and nurture leads.

Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).

0–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.

Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.

Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.

Good listening and interpersonal skills.
