Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products or services, and closing sales over the phone. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

2. Explain company products/services and generate interest.

3. Answer customer questions and handle objections.

4. Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.

5. Maintain records of calls and customer details in CRM.

6. Follow up with customers for pending sales or inquiries.

Requirements

1. Strong verbal communication skills.

2. Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, or similar tools).

3. Ability to persuade and negotiate with customers.

4. Target-oriented and self-motivated.

5. Previous telesales or telecalling experience is a plus.

6. Preferred Qualifications

7. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (optional).

8. Experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing.
