Job Description
Responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, communicating with customers, and managing day-to-day sales operations related to personal loan, business loan and overdraft facilities.
Key Responsibilities :Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data/leads explain loan eligibility, interest rates, repayment options, and terms.
*Generate and qualify leads through effective communication
*Follow up with interested customers and close sales
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
*Maintain professional relationships with clients
Required Skills: Good communication skills (Hindi/English/local language)
*Strong convincing and negotiation skills
