Job Description
As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to connect and identify the potential customers via phone calls, brief them about our insurance products and reply to the queries to best in interest of company. You will play a pivotal role in building relationships with customer, assessing their insurance needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions.
Qualifications:
l Minimum qualification 12th Pass.
l Any Bpo Telesales exp. Can consider.
l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
l Ability to explain all required including complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
l Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
l Knowledge of insurance products at par and services is a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
