Job Description
A Telesales Executive is responsible for driving revenue by generating leads, pitching products, and closing sales deals over the phone. They build lasting customer relationships, handle objections, and consistently meet individual and team quotas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Reach out to prospective and existing clients using established scripts.
- Product Pitching: Explain the benefits of products or services clearly and persuade prospects to make a purchase.
- Deal Closing & Upselling: Ask targeted questions to understand client needs, negotiate terms, and secure sales.
- Database Management: Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software.
- Customer Support: Handle grievances, resolve complaints, and answer product-related inquiries to preserve brand reputation
