Job Description
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with customers over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Answer customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
