Job Title: Telecaller (Female)
Job Description:
We are looking for a female Telecaller to join our Bags & Handicrafts manufacturing business.
Responsibilities:
Call potential and existing customers.
Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
Follow up on leads and orders.
Maintain customer records and call reports.
Coordinate with the sales team and customers.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and WhatsApp.
Confident and polite speaking skills.
Ability to handle customer calls professionally.
