Job Description
📢 Job Title: Telesales Executive (Female)📍 Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
🏢 About the Company:We are a growing production-based company focused on delivering high-quality products and building strong customer relationships. We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Female Telesales Executive to join our team.
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain products and services over the phone
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain customer database and follow-ups
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing
- ✅ Requirements:Female candidates preferred
- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Prior experience in telesales/telecalling is preferred (Freshers can also apply)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM is a plus
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality
