Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a persuasive and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our B2C sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers via telephone to promote and sell our range of Ayurvedic health and wellness products. You will act as a consultant, understanding customer health needs and recommending the most suitable natural remedies from our catalog.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective customers from provided leads to explain product benefits.
  • Consultative Selling: Listen to customer concerns and provide expert advice on how our Ayurvedic products can support their health goals.
  • Sales Conversion: Handle objections professionally and close sales to meet daily and monthly revenue targets.
  • Order Management: Accurately record customer details and process orders as well coordinate for their delivery.
  • Follow-ups: Maintain a pipeline of potential leads and conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer retention and repeat purchases.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Ayurvedic ingredients, product formulations, and wellness trends.
